Description:
Seeking an experienced leasing professional for a dynamic real estate team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will manage leasing operations, draft leases, and oversee renewals while ensuring compliance with NY housing programs.

Responsibilities:
\- Draft and process residential leases
\- Send and manage lease renewals
\- Coordinate leasing activities and tenant communications
\- Work with NY housing programs and Section 8
\- Utilize AppFolio for property management tasks

Qualifications:
\- Prior NYC leasing experience required
\- Strong knowledge of NY programs and Section 8 (mandatory)
\- Experience with AppFolio preferred
\- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
\- Strong organizational and communication skills
