Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist prospective residents, showcasing the community and its features. Provide detailed information about available units and the leasing process.

- Leasing Operations: Conduct tours of the property, highlight amenities, and provide information on lease terms, pricing, and community policies. Process applications and facilitate the lease-signing process.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local rental market trends and competitor offerings. Utilize this information to effectively position Fifty-Seven 95 Flamingo in the marketplace.

- Marketing: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential residents. Contribute to online listings, social media, and community outreach efforts.

- Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Maintain a positive attitude and assist residents with their needs and concerns throughout their residency.

- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of property showings, applications, leases, and resident communications. Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (experience with Yardi or similar software is a plus).
