    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Professional to join our team at Rio Volcan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively promoting and leasing residential apartment units while providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. As a Leasing Professional, you will play a key role in achieving property occupancy goals and enhancing the overall resident experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Leasing Activities:
    - Greet and assist prospective residents, presenting the features and benefits of the community and available units.
    - Conduct tours of the property, showcasing amenities and available apartments, and answering any questions from interested parties.
    - Utilize effective sales techniques to close leases while adhering to company policies and procedures.

    - Customer Service:
    - Build rapport with current residents and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
    - Enhance the resident experience by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the leasing process.

    - Marketing and Outreach:
    - Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including social media engagement, community events, and open houses.
    - Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to ensure property visibility in the marketplace.

    - Administrative Duties:
    - Maintain accurate records of prospective resident interactions, leasing agreements, and resident files.
    - Oversee the leasing process from application through move-in, ensuring compliance with leasing policies and procedures.

    - Community Relations:
    - Foster a positive community atmosphere, engaging with residents and encouraging participation in community events and programs.
    - Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the community effectively.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    - Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
    - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    - Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
