- Assist with lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all parties involved.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, fostering a positive community environment.
- Address and resolve tenant concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide prospective tenants with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new residents.
- Participate in community events and activities to develop and maintain property visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of prospective tenants.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
