Leasing Professionals are largely responsible for the daily lead & prospect work-flow engagement and the main objective is closing leasing deals. This role is the most crucial, as you are the face of the community, and represent the complete and full experience that shapes the prospects mind as to how their living experience will be if they lease with you. As a Leasing Agent, you're the star of the show, turning curious prospects into excited new residents! With your knowledgeable, high-energy and bubbly sales personality your goal is to stand out and ensure prospects get a WOW experience each and every time they tour with you.
Your role is the most important as you will not only be responsible for creating the absolute best prospect tour experience, but you will also be responsible for resident relations as we want to always be customer service oriented and have a heart to provide exceptional service, and ensure our residents are happy.

Key Responsibilities
(Including but not limited to the items listed below)
Ensure the leasing office is clean, presentable and ready for the day.
Walk the tour route and make sure it’s free of debris, trash and anything that may deter a prospective prospect from leasing.
Ensure the model is clean, smells good, all lights are turned on and working, and that all blinds are open and that the interior temperature harmonizes with the outside weather conditions.
Check community emails each morning, before and after lunch and at the end of each day.
Follow the Prospect Engagement Work-Flow
Check all ILS (Internet Lead Sources) to ensure the items reflected are the same across all platforms.
Perform market surveys and obtain leasing and property information from competitors.
Assist residents with their online navigation when needed.
Process rental applications/Coordinate New Move-Ins
Renewal Work-Flow
Answer property calls/take messages
Qualifications
Non-negotiable: Bilingual, specifically Spanish.
1+ years of multi-family leasing or sales experience
High school diploma required
Strong customer service & sales abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient and Knowledgeable in ResMan software systems (Preferred but not required)
Available to work weekends (If needed)
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Sunday (as needed): 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM

Salary: $16.83 - $20.19 per hour + performance-based bonus
