Leasing Consultant | $18 - $20.00/hour base + commissions. Expected total annual compensation of $55,000–$65,000+

This is a high-visibility onsite leasing role at Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol, our 288-unit apartment community in Temecula, CA , where top performers are rewarded for leasing volume, quality, and sustained performance.
What We Offer
AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:
Expected total annual compensation of $55,000–$65,000+ , including a base pay of $18 - $20.00 per hour plus high-volume, lucrative commission opportunities. You will be provided a base pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
Multiple ways to increase your commission per lease include:
Longer lease term: 18+ month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
25% Rent Discount at any AIR community. Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.
