The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating theleasing process, managing prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive rentingexperience. With strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach, theLeasing Specialist will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and providingexceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Experience preferred but not required. Willing to train theright person.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrapport with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.
