    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Part Time (15-20 hours per week) Sales Representative to join our team. As a Staffing Agency Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering relationships with potential clients, and promoting our comprehensive suite of staffing services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, cultivate business partnerships, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This position has the potential to become Full Time if so desired by the right candidate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.

    Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their specific requirements.

    Present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services and exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate challenges.

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing industry, Property Mgmt. or related field.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

    Self-motivated with a drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
