We're on the lookout for a Leasing & Marketing Manager to lead the charge at our client’s vibrant luxury student housing community just five blocks from the University of Minnesota.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Drive leasing performance and achieve occupancy goals through strategic outreach and team leadership
    • Lead and mentor a high-energy team of leasing professionals, community assistants, and brand ambassadors
    • Plan and execute resident retention initiatives, outreach efforts, and on-campus marketing events
    • Conduct tours and convert leads through responsive, personalized communication
    • Launch and manage digital, print, and social campaigns that connect with the student lifestyle
    • Build strong partnerships with student organizations, Greek life, and local businesses
    • Oversee roommate matching and ensure a seamless move-in experience
    • Use Entrata to track leads, manage leasing data, and generate reports
    • Collaborate with the Community Manager and corporate team on marketing strategy and budget
    • Ensure full compliance with fair housing laws and company policies
    • Train and develop team members to meet leasing goals and brand standards
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a positive, goal-oriented culture


    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in student housing leasing and marketing
    • 1+ year of new development lease-up experience or leasing at a large student housing property (600+ beds)
    • Strong connections with the local campus community and student organizations
    • Experience using Entrata or similar property management systems
    • Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy
    • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
    • A player-coach mindset with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced setting
