    We are seeking a highly qualified Escrow/Title Processor who excels in delivering exceptional customer service, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is committed to surpassing customer closing expectations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of title insurance, real estate processing, and closings, with proficiency in professional phone etiquette, mortgage payoff orders, estoppel letters, surveys, and more. Responsibilities: Key Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service & Organizational Skills: • Present a professional appearance, voice, and demeanor • Must have a friendly, social personality and enjoy a positive workplace atmosphere • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with both internal teams and customers • Excel in multitasking with exceptional organizational skills • Exceed customer closing expectations through excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, lenders, realtors, and underwriters and promptly respond to customer inquiries • Effectively manage tasks related to title processing and closings • Possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a natural curiosity with a willingness to learn • Facilitate smooth communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors with a positive demeanor • Willingly perform other duties as needed Title Processing Proficiency: • Demonstrate expertise in examining and clearing requirements on Title Commitments • Perform data entry for title orders and initiate requests for title from the underwriter on new orders • Proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks or issues to customers • Perform data entry tasks, assist with post-closing duties, and support closers in fulfilling the closing process • Produce closing protection letters, Prelim-ALTA/CDs, and title requirements for lenders • Order surveys, payoffs, lien searches, and other required services to ensure clear title • Coordinate and schedule real estate closings with all involved parties • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of title insurance, real estate processing, and closings, including proficiency in professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle tasks such as ordering mortgage payoffs, estoppel letters, surveys, and more Software Experience: • Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Standard/Pro, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and a 10-key calculator • Experience with QUALIA software is highly desired but not required If you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience with real estate transactions, title processing, title company pre-processor, or as a mortgage loan processor is desired • College is an asset but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is a requirement • Superb research, communications, customer service, and analysis skills are desired • Proficient computer skills with numerous programs including MS Office is vital • Notary public certification is not required but is an asset Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
