Project Coordinator Ledesma & Meyer Construction Company, Inc. (LMCCI) is a Construction Management Firm located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. LMCCI is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Project Coordinator to join the LMCCI team. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of construction coordination experience in California Public School Construction, from Pre-Construction, Bidding, Construction and Closeout. Qualifications: · Positive attitude · Motivated Work Ethic · Detailed orientated · Knowledge of Public Works Bidding · Strong Communication Skills · Ability to navigate through the Plans and Specifications · Experience in assisting with multiple teams · Proficiency on MS Office Suite Applications, Excel, Work and Outlook, Online Project Management Software · Demonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding service · Takes ownership to personally resolve problems (or find someone who can) · Take ownership of projects · Committed to following up · Strong sense of accountability - ensures that you will do what you say that you are going to do Responsibilities: · Project Bidding · Contract Administration · Cost Accounting · Project Document Controls · Project Team Support Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time without notice.
