    Job Description

    We are seeking a Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success for a very busy doctor's office in Burbank.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience working in a medical office
    • Bilingual in either Armenian or Spanish
    • Strong medical terminology knowledge and customer-service focused
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Background check required
