Sales and Service Associate (SSA)
Job Description
Reports to: Auto Glass Inside Sales and Call Center Manager. The SSA sells and services new and repeat customers and accounts. This position is also responsible for sales functions for target markets, programs, and accounts.
Accountability Functions Include:

Maintain punctual/reliable attendance
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Answer phones in a timely manner
Perform invoicing and create work orders and purchase orders
Perform and follow up on quotes
Schedule jobs and provide logistics support
Learn insurance network procedures
Filing, office tasks, organization, typing and computer literacy
Servicing customers and accounts
Purchase materials
Sales
Educate, service, and up sell and cross sell customers and accounts
Call and develop a personal relationship with customers
Increase sales in respective accounts
Perform collections when appropriate
Assists in developing new processes tools, communications, training and methodologies to better serve individual customers and accounts
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, service schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Product Knowledge
Auto glass replacement procedures, cure times, and basic materials
Company administrative processes
Insurance network procedures
Flat glass – thickness, color, and types of glass and metal for shower applications
