As Store General Manager responsible for all aspects of running the business including:

· Financial statement – sales and profitability of the business.

· Hiring, firing and employee development.

· Oversight of all operations including quotations, customer communication, scheduling, and installation of products.

· Leadership, Management and Accountability.

· Customer service.

Management experience required. Ideal candidate will have experience in home service/repair trade (windows, flooring, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). Residential flat glass experience preferred but not required. Must be capable of assisting in the “field” as required.
