We are building a team of Customer Service Associates who will interact with our customers at a fixed location. They will greet customers in a cheerful and professional manner and conduct a walk-around inspection of the vehicle with the customer. During this walk around is an ideal time to educate the customer on our products and services that may be applicable. This is a sales and service position but not cold-calling or knocking on doors. Rather, we are looking for professional and courteous individuals that want to be part of our team which is providing quality products and services to our automotive customers.
The Lee & Cates Glass Customer Service Associates represents Lee & Cates Glass to targeted customers in order to build awareness, create a consistent image, generate sales opportunities, and build customer preference.
This is an entry level position that is a competitive base salary ($11.50-$14.50 per hour for 40 hours per week) with an incentive per sale.
Job Tasks
Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
Use word of mouth marketing techniques
Assist in organizing marketing events
Track customer preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
Plan and implement awareness creating programs to reach out to potential customers
Engage in outreach programs to involve existing customers into the company’s offerings
Understand the company’s goals and missions, and apply them within a sales and marketing platform
Relay customer feedback to the company in anticipation of improving products and services
Generate ideas to maximize sales to achieve or exceed sales goals
Develop and maintain strong and clear communication with existing and future customers
Assist in creating and installing marketing displays and insuring brand advertising material is placed strategically
Build and sustain business relationships with key customers and accounts in an operating area.
Leave any literature, if any, regarding our products and services

Understand industry standards and technician certifications relating to safety for the auto glass industry.
Time/Experience
Entry level up to two years
Sales Proficiency
Willingness to cross-sell when necessary
