Sales and Service Associate (SSA)

Job Description

Reports to: Auto Glass Inside Sales and Call Center Manager. The SSA sells and services new and repeat customers and accounts.

Accountability Functions Include:

Maintain a positive attitude

Maintain a professional image

Maintain punctual/reliable attendance

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Answer phones in a timely manner

Create work orders and purchase orders

Perform and follow up on quotes

Schedule jobs and provide logistics support

Learn insurance network procedures

Filing, office tasks, organization, typing and computer literacy

Servicing customers and accounts

Purchase materials

Assists in developing new processes tools, communications, training and methodologies to better serve individual customers and accounts

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems

Work with urgency to make deadlines and make sure customers are taken care of

Product Knowledge

Auto glass replacement procedures, cure times, and basic materials

Company administrative processes

Insurance network procedures

Value of Promotional products and services

Time and Experience
