Lee County Plumbing is seeking a Parts and Tool Room Supervisor. This position is responsible for supplying our plumbing service departments with their parts and tool needs and maintaining records associated with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.  Compensation of $45,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience) plus bonuses, as well as a generous benefits program including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid vacations, and paid holidays, is included. If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Establish a professional repertoire with in-house technicians and vendors. • Establish and maintain appropriate inventory stocking levels to effectively meet demands. • Produces shipping/receiving paperwork and systems input. • Verify Open Stock and Materials, keeping accurate documentation for product orders. • Inspect parts for obvious damage, and inspect paperwork for errors. • Maintain clean and safe work areas by keeping parts room neat and orderly, performing required housekeeping. Qualifications: • Parts, tool management, and/or plumbing construction industry knowledge are preferred. • Warehouse logistics experience is helpful. • Plumbing experience is a definite plus but not a prerequisite. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills • Strong ability to establish and manage multiple priorities. • Self-aware and effective leadership style • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain Management is very helpful. • Required: High School Diploma • Required: Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office software including Outlook • Required: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
