Performs intermediate level customer service work for the Lee County Tax Collector. Assists customers with basic payment and processing functions for tangible and real property taxes, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) registration and titling, driver license and identification cards, birth certificates, hunting and fishing licenses, and local business taxes. Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude. Position exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
