The Customer Experience Representative provides a full range of service delivery activities that support the Customer Experience teams and engage our customers. The incumbent contributes to the smooth operations of the service center or call center by ensuring individual service levels meet or exceed established benchmarks and align with the customer experience strategy for operational excellence and exceptional service quality.
