    Lee Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with commercial lines clients while actively growing the book of business through new client sales.

    Responsibilities:

    Identify, qualify, and cultivate commercial insurance opportunities with both new and existing clients through various channels: in person, online, by phone, and written communication.

    Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, timely quotations, and comprehensive account support. Proactively address and fulfill all existing client needs.

    Actively collaborate, network, and strategize for new clients and business opportunities.

    Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Document sales activities quickly, accurately, and professionally.

    Collaborate with team members, providing mentorship, expertise, and answering questions. Participate in both formal and informal meetings as needed.

    Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention, consistently maintaining strong client relationships.

    Stay informed and participate in ongoing education to keep abreast of industry information, new product details, legislation, coverages, and technology advancements to enhance knowledge and performance.

    Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed, and manage A/R and billing.

    Qualifications:

    Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales with strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills, including the ability to close sales.

    People-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.

    Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to complete challenging assignments independently. Sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills.

    Excellent time management skills, a team-oriented mindset, and proficiency in technology and computer usage, including agency management systems.
