JOB TITLE                            MARKETING ASSISTANT

LOCATION                            LUBBOCK, TEXAS

JOB DESCRIPTION            

LEE LEWIS CONSTRUCTION, INC. IS LOOKING FOR A HIGH-ENERGY, DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND DEDICATED MARKETING ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM TO SUPPORT MARKETING AND BRANDING INITIATIVES.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Manage social media and website updates
• Collect information and produce internal newsletter
• Attend pre-proposal / pre-bid meetings as required
• Assist with community outreach efforts, and industry events, as needed
• Assist with project photography coordination efforts
• Assist in the final production and delivery of qualifications, and proposals
• Participate in weekly marketing team meetings to ensure regular collaboration
• Review industry news for latest industry technologies and advancements
• Assist Office Manager, as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good organization and time-management skills; able to prioritize activities and manage multiple deadlines and assignments
• Proactive and resourceful self-starter
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, a positive, team-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor required
• Excellent command of grammar and spelling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and other desktop publishing software a plus!
• Knowledge of or experience in commercial construction, a plus!
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, journalism, marketing or related field
