We are looking for a friendly and engaging Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for our customers

• Respond to customer inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude

• Use active listening skills to understand the customer's needs

• Provide accurate and complete information to customers

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Document each customer interaction accurately and thoroughly

• Update customer records as needed

• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and company success

• Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide excellent customer service

• Coordinate with other CSRs to ensure consistent service

• Share customer feedback with other departments to improve products and services

Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers

• Attend training sessions and workshops to learn about new products and services

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends

• Share knowledge with other CSRs to improve overall customer service

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required • High school diploma or equivalent
