    Our firm is expanding and we're in search of a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring our clients receive top-notch customer service.

    Your duties will include:

    - Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner

    - Resolving client issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

    - Maintaining accurate records of client accounts and interactions

    - Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met

    - Identifying potential opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

    - Providing management with feedback on customer service issues and trends

    To be considered for this position, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent

    - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred, but not required)

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    - Positive attitude and willingness to learn
