    - Responding to customer

    - Staying up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate answers to customers

    Requirements:

    - High school diploma or equivalent

    - At least 1 year of experience in customer service preferred but not required

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
