We are looking for a friendly and engaging Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for our customers
Respond to customer inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude
Use active listening skills to understand the customer's needs
Provide accurate and complete information to customers
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Document each customer interaction accurately and thoroughly
Update customer records as needed
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and company success
Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide excellent customer service
Coordinate with other CSRs to ensure consistent service
Share customer feedback with other departments to improve products and services
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers
Attend training sessions and workshops to learn about new products and services
Stay up-to-date on industry trends
Share knowledge with other CSRs to improve overall customer service
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required • High school diploma or equivalent
