    We are looking for multiple candidates to support our team’s Top Producing Agents. You are the first line of contact for our team and its clients, therefore, ideal candidates must be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone. Executive Assistant (Multiple Job Openings) Responsibilities: Transaction Management: • Own and execute Listing & Buying Contract to Close Processes • Processing all internal paperwork for the team and brokerage • Schedule all home tours, inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs/closings for your agent • Own all email communication to vendors, clients, and agents under contract for your agent • Utilize BRIGHT MLS to create listing packets, CMA’s, and buyers offers • Order HOA resale packages as necessary  • Ensure correct commission splits and payments at the closing table Calendar & Inbox Management: • Coordinating travel arrangements when necessary • Reviewing, prioritizing, and directing emails to appropriate channels on behalf of your agent • Ensure the agent is getting to meetings on time, confirming vendor appointments, and scheduling all client appointments Client/Lead Management: • Review lead flow with agent weekly for follow-up and action items • Communicate with top clients on a regular basis • Ask for reviews on Zillow, Google & Facebook • Send out birthday & thank you cards, closing gifts, and anniversary gifts to clients • Assist agent with Follow Up Boss and SISU management Marketing: • Posting on all social media platforms on behalf of your agent • Utilizing CANVA to ensure brand awareness • Create email content to send out to agent’s clients • Plan and execute various events throughout the year • Assist with all paper/mailer marketing Qualifications: • Detail Oriented • Must be reliable & trustworthy • Results Driven • Team Oriented • Caring • Must have prior administrative experience • Must be proficient in G-Suite & Gmail Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
