    As the Lead Property Restoration and Inventory Specialist, you play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver unparalleled service in times of crisis. This leadership position encompasses the coordination and execution of property restoration, inventory management, and direct involvement in the restoration process. Your expertise and guidance are essential in upholding our standards of quality and efficiency.

    CRDN serves the El Paso and Las Cruces insurance industry restoring contents, art, electronics and textiles. We are looking for an Leed Restoration Technician to join our team, full-time!

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and lead the team in the safe and efficient movement of items in and out of homes and storage areas.

    • Conduct and supervise detailed inventories of clients' belongings, ensuring precision in tracking and documentation.

    • Lead and participate in the restoration of a wide range of contents, including textiles, electronics, art, and furniture.

    • Ensure the integrity and security of client property throughout the restoration process.

    • Foster a collaborative team environment to guarantee a seamless and efficient operation.

    • Serve as a point of contact for team members, providing guidance and resolving challenges.

    Job Requirements

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Proven leadership skills in a similar role or environment.

    • Physical fitness with the ability to lift items over 50 pounds.

    • Advanced organizational skills for effective inventory management and team coordination.

    • In-depth knowledge of handling various types of contents.

    • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.

    • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a clean background check.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in moving, packing, or related fields.

    • Expertise in restoration techniques and practices.

    • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
