    Are you a driven professional who enjoys talking to people on the phone? We’re searching for an A-Player to join us for our next Inbound Leads Manager role. Someone who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong negotiation and listening skills to turn leads into qualified appointments. We need someone who is comfortable making 100-200 outbound calls to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a sales role and is an excellent communicator. This role is Commission-Based - If you aren’t comfortable working with a commission pay structure, we probably will not be a good fit. Responsibilities: • Make 100-200 outbound calls daily to potential leads • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers • Use strong persuasion skills to convert leads into qualified appointments • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and preferences • Track and record all calls and interactions using our CRM system • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices Qualifications: • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Successful experience providing customer service preferred • Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
