    We are looking for a Real Estate Appointment Setter to join the Leem Group's remote team. This individual will be responsible for engaging customers and setting up appointments between sellers and our home-buying specialist. This Is A High Outbound Call Volume Position Where You'll Be Making Calls All Day and the PAY STRUCTURE IS BASED ON COMMISSION Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to qualified leads in order to set up appointments with potential clients • Track and record all calls and sales progress in CRM • Research and gain an understanding of the local real estate market and the target market for the Leem Group • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients throughout the sales process • Proactively identify and overcome objections to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and setting appointments • Phone Sales experience • Real estate cold calling • High call volume role • Proven experience in using CRM to manage leads • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
