Our company, LEEM Group LLC, is a Real estate marketing and sales agency. We are looking for hungry professionals who want to join a fast-paced sales team and a growing company filled with competition. This is a fully remote position. The LGS is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business. This role involves cold calling to generate quality leads, accurately assessing the needs of homeowners, taking cold call leads from discovery to appointment in 1-2 calls, identifying potential issues in our sales process, and communicating these to the team leader. The LGS is responsible for meeting sales targets, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team. Responsibilities: • Make 100-200 outbound calls daily to potential leads • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers • Use strong persuasion skills to convert leads into qualified appointments • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and preferences • Track and record all calls and interactions using our Dialer system Qualifications: • Proven experience using dialers for high-volume calls • A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using CRM software and Dialers • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
