HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – LEEWAY SCHOOL (SAYVILLE, NY)
Leeway School has been in existence for over 40 years, and serves developmentally delayed and typical developing students from 18 months to 5 years of age.
This candidate manages the day-to-day operations of the human resource activities. Responsible for implementation of human resource policies, procedures and programs including employee handbook. Works closely with OCFS (Office of Children and Family Services). Responsibilities in the following functional areas: Employee relations, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, organizational development, recruitment, and payroll processing.
