We are a promotional advertising corporation that is rapidly expanding. As we prepare for our next office launch we are looking for someone that can grow into a leadership role. This position is expected to transition into a management level with our company. We are looking for someone that can train in each department from the ground up and then become the main point of contact for our client base.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT HAVE THE FOLLOWING
1-2 years of experience working with people
Bachelors or equivalent work experience
Strong people skills- Verbal and Non Verbal
Attention to Detail

OFFICE MANAGEMENT DUTIES
Over see the staff in each department
Attend client meetings
Train/ Onboard new hires
Handle new start orientation
Manage sales strategies
Work hands on with the team
Diffuse negativity in the office
