FULL-TIME POSITION
Based in Lewisville, Texas Office
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Customer Service Manager's main responsibility is to Assist with the Legacy HFD/Homestar N.A. customer service and execution in support of the multi-channel e-commerce efforts to grow Legacy HFD/Homestar N.A. enterprise-wide sales and profits. Participates in the customer engagement goals.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES (no particular order):
· Processes daily orders utilizing internal and external software
· Manages and implements company and customer processes
· Assists with data entry across multiple platforms
· Works to understand customer insights and forward-looking consumer behavior
· Answers calls, voicemails, and emails optimizing the consumer experience
· Fulfills and documents consumer's requests and execution thereof
· Monitors selling channels for customer inquiries and issues
· Analyzes and presents customer service data to make help drive strategic business decisions
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
· High school Diploma or equivalent
· Must have expert knowledge of MS Office programs – specifically – Excel, Word, and Outlook. Working knowledge of ORACLE NETSUITE is an advantage
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively and work well with others
· Must be detail-oriented
· Bi-Lingual with English/French is a huge plus, but not required
