IMPORTANT: This is an exceptional opportunity for a Sr. Loan Officer/Processor or Underwriter to take over our Sr. Vice Presidents book of business. 900+ clients and $50 million in annual loan volume. ONLY SERIOUS CANDIDATES APPLY.
Summary
This position is a dynamic opportunity for a driven, hard-working individual to provide professional support to both the sales team and processor by assembling a completed residential mortgage loan file in preparation for submission to underwriting department with the goal of a stress free, excellent experience for our clients. In addition, you will be managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the companies Service Level Agreements to ensure the branches meets and exceeds our loan quality standards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Review 1003 for Completeness
· Confirm How Borrowers want their names vested on title
· Thoroughly Scrub Credit
· Thoroughly Review AUS Review Documentation provided
· Communicate with borrowers and real estate agents in the process
· Complete Required Checklist
· LOA to Processor Communication Template
· Disclose Loan & Ensure Disclosures are signed
· Review of all files to ensure RESPA compliance
· Flag Priority files that require urgency to meet our close timelines
· Manage Daily Pipeline Report to ensure the Branch meets the following
· Track Performance of Service Level Agreements in the following areas
LEGACY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
· COE > 28 DAYS or on/before close of escrow date; 80%
· Assist Loan Officers in Pre-Approving 35+ loans per month
· Request Order Outs at time of pre-approval to Jr. Processor; 75% of all pre-approvals
· Important Dates to be entered in Legacy Pipeline worksheet daily
· Work Flow to be provided to Sales Team Daily
· Weekly phone calls to Client in Escrow to provide update and timeline on their loan process
· File Quality = 85% of Submissions to Processing No Income, Credit or Asset issue
· Meet Service Level Agreements
1. Disclosures Requested > 3rd Day of Escrow Opened (85% of files)
2. Submitted to Processing > 5th Day of Escrow Open (85% of files)
3. Conditional Approval to Resubmittal > Must have all PTD Borrower conditions sent back to Processor by 3rd business day of receipt of Cond Approval (85% of files)
