Legacy IPS is gearing up to fulfill an exciting Recruiting Coordinator role in the greater Colorado Springs area. In this role, you will partner with the HR team to assist and hire new employees for the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Schedule a high-volume number of interviews to include, phone, onsite and video
• Arrange travel for candidates as needed
• Compile reports for the HR team
• Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, preparing information packets and gather information from suitable candidates
• Post jobs to different job boards/sites
• Assist with background checks and onboarding as needed
  

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED

• Knowledge of the recruitment process

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using ATS
