Legacy IPS is gearing up to fulfill an exciting Recruiter role for one of our clients. In this role, you will partner with the HR team to help identify hiring needs and filling job openings. Senior Recruiters are exceptional communicators and are also great negotiators.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a pipeline of candidates to include engaging passive candidates for in demand roles
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple open roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build successful relationships with hiring managers as well as deliver top talent and excellent customer service
• Providing recruitment reports to managers
• Develop job descriptions and specifications
• Closing candidates
  

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED

• 3+ years of recruitment experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good interviewing skills

• Knowledge of employment and labor laws

• Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using ATS
• Certifications such as PHR or SPHR (preferred)
