Legacy IPS is gearing up to fulfill an amazing Talent Sourcer role for one of our clients. As a Talent Sourcer you will evaluate and screen potential candidates to fill vacant positions. You must possess the ability to attract highly competitive and best-fit candidate for the job.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Slack & GitHub
• Craft and send recruiting emails
• Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques such as Boolean search
• Develop a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Maintain candidate’s database via ATS
• Post open job roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Sourcer

• Knowledge and experience using various sourcing techniques such as Boolean strings and recruiting on social platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of employment and labor laws

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
