    We're searching for a diligent, hard-working team member to provide administrative support. You’ll be working closely with our Property Management and Renovations Team to keep our processes flowing smoothly and systematically. You will be responsible for responding to all questions and inquiries in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments through our Google calendar, and anything else that comes up that needs to be addressed. Responsibilities: • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Start & stop utility services • Keep in communication with our Renovation & Property Management team • Utilize our implemented systems to document your work • Input any scheduled inspections into our Google calendar Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Familiar with Microsoft Office • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • 2 or more years in an admin position or in a position performing supportive duties • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
