    We're searching for a diligent, hard-working team member to provide administrative support and quality control in our construction processes. You’ll be working directly under the supervision of the Construction Manager. Your job will work closely with our Property Management Team to keep our processes flowing smoothly and systematically. You will be responsible for responding to all questions and inquiries in a friendly and timely manner, implementing professional standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments through our Google calendar, and anything else that comes up that needs to be addressed. Applicants should be extremely thorough, show strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities: • Develop your construction skills and technique by helping the construction manager, contractors, project engineers, and builders with all aspects of the job and the daily procedures of the project so it’s completed quickly • Quality control--checking the specific details of construction work to ensure that standards are met. This involves making a detailed list of items that were not met to satisfaction • Helping with the formulation of bids for building projects • Use company-wide systems to communicate with team members. The primary system of communication is a program called Asana • Assist the Construction Manager with any daily tasks that are needed • Attend leasing inspections, appraisals, and other appointments scheduled by the Construction Manager • Will be required to travel throughout the Oklahoma City Metro Qualifications: • Be familiar with basic skills and construction methods, such as how to use construction equipment and tools • Construction or administrative work experience is desired, but not required • Have good physical stamina to climb ladders and climb stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time • Proven track record of adhering to project schedules, being a team player, regular attendance at work, professionalism, and a strong work ethic • High school diploma or GED is required Compensation: $38,000 - $42,000 yearly
