Job Description

Legacy Studios is a full service school and sports photography company dedicated to making students shine. We are seeking a hard-working, reliable and detail oriented production assistant to join our growing team. This job will include constant communication between managers, account contacts and the home office. Candidates must be willing to meet and exceed customer and management expectations in a fast paced environment. This position is part-time, seasonal position (up to 24 hours per week, August through November) at our Office in downtown Buffalo, NY (not remote).  The Office Assistant will work closely the Virtual Sales Assistant Team to ensure each territory receives their required service items on-time. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• • Receive and submit digital images to the processing lab
    • Manipulate excel and word files
    • Verify data to ensure accuracy of orders
    • Ensure quality by monitoring photographic images
    • Generate post-job reports
    • Relay details and resolve issues as they arise for specific jobs
    • Facilitate ordering products and services
    • Answer questions in regards to order status
    • Ensure all work is submitted within tight deadlines
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year administrative experience
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Organization, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Results Driven

RATE OF PAY:

• $15.00/hour
