Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Legal Account Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior collections experience and strong computer skills, with the ability to manage accounts efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on assigned accounts

Communicate with clients and consumers regarding account status

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company databases

Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication

Meet performance and productivity goals

Collaborate with team members and report to the Operations Manager

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Strong computer and database management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
