We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support the busy paralegals at our law office. You’ll be responsible for new client phone calls and emails, arranging meetings with attorneys, downloading and organizing client documents, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client files, and scheduling for upcoming deadlines. You’ll also assist with preparing legal documents and performing other tasks as needed to increase the efficiency of our paralegal team. Qualifications: • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times • Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products • Some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary • Candidates should have strong organizational skills and communication skills Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
