    Job Description:
    This role requires a reliable and proactive Legal Administrative Assistant to manage the office operations and provide administrative support to the legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

     

    This role will support team leadership performing key administrative duties to ensure steady team operation in a fast-paced and rapidly shifting work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • 5-7 years of experience with administrative-related duties including, heavy schedule management, expenses, travel, organizing meeting agendas and recapping notes, scheduling lunches/team building events, and generally liaise responsibilities in working with multiple individuals and teams multiple business functions
    • Prior experience working with legal teams and a basic understanding of litigation/paralegal work is a plus
    • Comfortable with building partnerships and working with cross-functional teams across
    • Experience with macOS and its native applications like Mail, Calendar, and productivity apps (Keynote, Numbers, and Pages)
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with a strong level of confidentiality
    • Highly detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
    • Great time management skills and proficiency in identifying priorities

    • Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds (e.g., office supplies, equipment, documents).
    • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
    • Proficient in Company products and programs such as Calendar, Numbers, and Keynote is a plus.
