A well-established law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to attorneys and legal staff. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment and can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal teams.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements.
Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate document organization.
Assist with court filings, document submissions, and deadline tracking as needed.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and client visits.
Handle confidential client and firm information with discretion.
Assist with general office administration and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience within a law firm or legal environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting multiple attorneys is a plus.
