At The Wagon Legacy, we help families protect what matters most. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Paralegal Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and ensuring every client has an exceptional experience. This position plays an important role in supporting our paralegals by assisting with document printing, client communication, and coordinating the final steps of the estate planning process. Responsibilities: • Electrically record deeds and assist with deed-related tracking and follow-up • Assist with estate planning document preparation for simple plans • Communicate with clients regarding next steps, document status, and outstanding items • Send finalized documents and correspondence to clients • Prepare, print, organize, and assemble client binders and estate planning materials • Assist with scanning, uploading, and maintaining electronic and physical client files • Coordinate with paralegals and admin team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks from clients • Help maintain a high level of client service and responsiveness Qualifications: • Prior legal assistant, paralegal assistant, administrative, or client service experience preferred • Experience in estate planning, probate, real estate, or deeds is a plus (but not required) • Extremely detail-oriented and organized • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Comfortable learning technology and working with case management systems • Positive attitude and strong team mindset • Ability to work independently and take initiative What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and proactive. The ideal candidate enjoys helping clients, takes pride in getting the details right, and understands that responsiveness and care make a difference in the client experience. Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
