    We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant / Legal Receptionist to join the Law Offices of Sherri M. Stinson, a prestigious estate planning and probate law firm in Palm Harbor, Florida. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and dependable. You will support our attorneys by managing administrative tasks, client communications, and scheduling, all while helping clients feel confident and supported during important life events. Experience in a law firm is required. NO RECRUITERS. Responsibilities: • Greet clients and answer phones with professionalism and discretion • Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars • Prepare, proof, and organize legal documents related to estate planning and probate cases • Maintain accurate client files and office records • Communicate with clients, courts, and other attorneys in a professional manner • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks • Support attorneys and the team with general administrative tasks as needed • Maintain a polished, organized, and confidential office environment Qualifications: • High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred • Prior legal office experience preferred • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills • Professional, polished, and approachable communication style • Strong phone etiquette and writing skills • Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential client information • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal software a plus Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
