PA Sechler Law Firm, LLC. is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant. The Assistant will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to our attorneys and legal staff in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for preparing and proofreading legal documents, managing calendars and deadlines, coordinating client communication, maintaining case files, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information. Responsibilities: • Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings. • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and track deadlines. • Organize, update, and maintain electronic and physical case files. • Assist with court filings and document preparation. • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside parties. • Support billing processes, time entry, and administrative tasks. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures. • Occasional evening support for firm seminars and workshops, as needed.
