Responsibilities: • Managing the front desk, including welcoming visitors, answering, and directing all incoming calls • Opening and closing the office each day • Assisting with client intake as needed, including gathering information from prospective clients and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members • Scanning, organizing, and routing incoming mail, faxes, and documents to the appropriate personnel • Saving and organizing legal documents in the firm's case management system (Filevine) according to firm protocols • Tracking incoming checks and coordinating with paralegals on outgoing disbursements • Coordinating logistics for firm events, including focus groups and catering • Ordering and maintaining office, kitchen, and supply inventory • Assisting with firm social media content and other marketing support as directed • Supporting attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: • Prior experience in a professional office environment required; law firm experience preferred • Strong phone presence and front desk communication skills • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn case management software (Filevine) • Professional presentation and genuine warmth with clients and visitors • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Reliable and punctual; this role is responsible for opening the office Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 annually DOE Bonus & raise potential
