Looking for a part-time Legal Admin for a small Sugar Land law firm. Position will start as part-time during training and may lead into a full-time position. Should have good communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phones
• Maintaining electronic and hard calendars
• Drafting documents from forms
• Transcription
• Entering time for billing purposes
• Maintaining paper and electronic files
• Ordering supplies
• Electronic filing of court documents in state and federal courts
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience
• Good grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Corel Word Perfect (helpful)
• Knowledge of Clio (case management software - helpful)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
