The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file documents with the Court, and communicate with clients. Responsibilities: • Take care of administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining an organized filing system for legal documents, and client billings • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates about their legal matters • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents and correspondence, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney • Aid lawyers in initiating estates and the preparation of estate accountings and inventories Qualifications: • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent customer service • Must be flexible and detail-oriented • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute • Completion of a paralegal program is preferred but not required • Experience with a case management program such as Clio is preferred, but not required Compensation: $42,500
